I’m a Surgical Resident and Honorary Clinical Tutor at HKUMed.

I purchased this domain in 2018 to use it as an online résumé/portfolio, but it didn’t get anywhere.

Over the past year or so I’ve been reading and consuming content about productivity, work ethics, leadership, motivation, personal development, and life. I believe these ideas are universal to people in all walks in life and in any profession. I’m not good at expressing myself, whether in English or in Cantonese. I’m terrible at writing too. So I decided to launch this website as a commitment to organise my thoughts and share with you what I’ve learnt.

Do Face Masks Work?
